As title suggest, allow the ability to use variables in the description field of Jobs/Tasks.

Let's say I have a job that gets manually run and updates a date field in our database. In the description, I'd like to give the user some indication of what value will be in that date field once the process to update is ran without trying to explain that the new value will be [CurrentMonth]-1 in YYYYMM format. Instead, it would be nice to plug in the variable used by the job/task so the user sees "This job will update the field to 202602"
