to this day the program doesn't start if I define a job with foreground execution.
When i log in via rdp the vctray.exe starts in background with no problem (with same user as in job).

Can you help me?

I'm use 8.1.1 , edited 13.5.

I am not sure what you mean. In subject you say "VCTray.exe doesn't start". Then you say it starts in first post? I assume that it is not able to logon (for some reason) and that is why it does not start. Please do the following:

1. turn of Extended debugging in server settings
2. Run the Job
3. send us the file log_serverDATE.txt along with the name of the Job and Task and which time you ran it

I have found a workaround for starting the vctray.exe.
I use the taskplanner of windows with the paramater "start at systemstart".
Now all foreground jobs are running without errors.
