Not sure how that folder is shared but if it is shared through IMAP it should not be a problem for any user that has access.

What settings do i have to use for that in VisualCron to make it work?

Also, there is a difference between "Public" and "Shared" folders. For shared folders you need to use the email or username in Alias field.
