Hi,

We have a perpetual license for Visual Cron, which has been working fine for a few years now. Over the weekend, this machine has become deactivated, and it says "Trial Expired", as shown below. But we're not on a trial.



I realize we're on an old version, but it should not simply "forget" that it's licensed. The license even shows in my profile:



I've tried to re-activate it using the activation code that I've already paid for, and it gives me this error:



Anyone know what happened? And how do I fix it? Upgrading to the latest version and/or purchasing a maintenance package is not an option, and quite frankly shouldn't be necessary.
