Migrating MBOX emails to Office 365 with attachments requires a method that can process both the email messages and their associated files. MBOX is a mailbox storage format used by several email clients, while Office 365 provides cloud-based email services through Microsoft accounts. Because the formats and storage structures are different, directly uploading an MBOX file to Office 365 is generally not an available migration method. Manual approaches may require importing the MBOX file into another email application before moving the messages to Office 365, which can be inconvenient for large mailboxes. Attachments also need to be considered because important documents, images, and other files may be stored with the original messages. Aryson MBOX Migrator  can be used to migrate MBOX emails to Office 365 while processing email messages and their attachments. Before starting, checking the Office 365 account, available storage, and required access permissions can help avoid interruptions during migration. It is also recommended to keep a copy of the original MBOX data so that the source remains available for verification. When working with a large mailbox, dividing the migration into manageable batches can make it easier to identify any problems. After completing the transfer, several folders should be reviewed, and sample emails should be opened to confirm that their attachments are available. Checking older messages is also useful because historical data may be distributed across different folders. A structured migration process can therefore make it easier to move MBOX email collections to Office 365 while retaining important mailbox information.
