If I am not mistaken the OnError Flow Control should take care of this.

Yes, we need, as mentioned in Toms post, add handling for each specific error. We will take them one by one.

How do I do it? The flow control is for individual tasks only, not within subtasks. I need to exclude a file to be archived WITHIN the folder that Archive task is working on.

You might want to use an other zip program. I use sometimes this program: Info-ZIP (2.31). It is freeware and google can find it.
You use the parameter '-x' to exclude files during the creation of the zip.

You should start this as an execute task.

The flow control is for controlling errors within a Task. And, what we need to do, is to add handling for that exception and move the error higher up so you can choose to exclude those errors. Handling for this specific error will come in a future version.
