I'm on version 8.5.5 PRO
We tried to update a password on a Connection today and VisualCron threw the error below. The connection worked fine in other applications so we suspected it was a special character within the new password. After removing the plus sign (+) and exclamation (!) from the value, VisualCron connected just fine.

Authentication failed for type 'keyboard-interactive'
Authentication failed for type 'password'
SFTP Error: 114
Connection lost due to error 96273

We aren't sure which special character (+ or !) OR if was both, however we do know it was OK with the special characters below:

It sounds like a configuration or environment-related issue rather than a core VisualCron problem. You might want to double-check the task credentials, trigger settings, and any recent changes to the server environment or permissions. Reviewing the job logs in detail can often reveal where the execution is failing. If the issue persists, enabling extended logging or testing the task manually outside VisualCron could help isolate the root cause.
