One thing I didn’t realize I needed until I tried DRS Softech PST to Google Workspace Migration Tool . It was a date filter. I only wanted to migrate emails from the last three years, and being able to select a specific date range saved hours of unnecessary processing. The duplicate email detection was also really helpful. It checks fields like To, From, Subject, CC, and even the body content, so I didn’t end up with multiple copies of the same emails cluttering Google Workspace. If your PST files come from different sources or users, these features alone can make migration cleaner and much faster. I can’t imagine doing a large migration without them.
