My reading pane disappeared unexpectedly, and some email columns no longer show up in Outlook. I've read that the easiest fix might be to Reset Outlook View to Default, but I'm not sure if that's the right approach.
Has anyone faced this issue recently? If the problem turns out to be PST corruption, would the DRS Softech PST Recovery Tool be worth trying?
