I’m planning an IMAP-to-Google Workspace migration and the part I’m most concerned about is keeping years of email organized. I don’t want users to open Gmail and find everything dumped into one place. Google’s documentation explains that IMAP migration involves mapping source accounts to Workspace accounts, while folders are represented through Gmail’s label structure.
